AI Nexus legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated June 18, 2026
This policy explains how AI Nexus handles information for a creator showcase, social discovery, messaging, commission, subscription-ready, and portfolio publishing platform.
1. What AI Nexus is
AI Nexus is a creator-first showcase and marketplace for AI filmmakers, artists, musicians, developers, prompt engineers, studios, and automation specialists. People use the platform to publish work, browse creator releases, follow creators, save references, send inquiries, and, where available, commission or subscribe to creator offerings.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, username, password or authentication credentials, avatar, creator profile, biography, skills, location, links, portfolio materials, comments, messages, inquiries, reviews, saved works, follows, reports, account settings, and support requests.
If paid features are enabled, we may collect transaction metadata such as plan, amount, payout status, invoice identifiers, tax or business details, and fraud-prevention signals. Payment card and bank details should be processed by our payment provider and not stored directly by AI Nexus.
We also collect technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, search and filter activity, referral source, session events, approximate location inferred from IP address, security logs, and interaction signals used to operate discovery, ranking, analytics, and abuse prevention.
3. Public creator content
Creator profiles, published projects, public comments, public links, creator names, profile images, cover images, categories, skills, follower counts, view counts, likes, saves, and other public showcase information may be visible to anyone. Do not publish private information, confidential client material, or content you do not have the right to share.
Content that you remove may disappear from public pages, but copies may remain in backups, moderation logs, legal records, analytics, cached pages, or records needed to resolve disputes, enforce our terms, or protect the platform.
4. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, display creator profiles and work, operate search and discovery, process saves, likes, comments, follows and inquiries, deliver messages and notifications, support dashboards and analytics, process payments where available, respond to support requests, detect abuse, enforce our terms, comply with law, and improve the platform.
We may use public and platform interaction data to recommend creators or works, surface trending releases, rank marketplace results, personalize feeds, measure creator performance, and help visitors discover relevant talent. We do not use private messages as public showcase content.
5. AI, media, and sensitive content
AI Nexus may host AI-assisted or AI-generated media, prompts, voices, films, music, images, automations, code, and related project metadata. We may process uploaded media for storage, thumbnails, previews, content moderation, safety review, copyright or abuse handling, and presentation in feeds or profiles.
You should avoid uploading sensitive personal information, private biometric identifiers, government identification numbers, financial credentials, health information, or confidential third-party data unless a specific product flow asks for it and you have the authority to provide it.
6. Cookies, analytics, and local storage
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for sign-in, session security, preferences, theme settings, saved state, analytics, fraud prevention, and performance measurement. If we introduce advertising or cross-site tracking, we will update this policy and provide required consent or opt-out controls.
7. Sharing information
We share information with service providers that help operate AI Nexus, including hosting, database, storage, authentication, analytics, email, customer support, security, moderation, payment processing, and fraud-prevention providers. These providers should process information only as needed to provide services to us.
We may share information with other users when you publish content, send messages, submit inquiries, review creators, comment, follow, save, or otherwise interact publicly. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, safety concerns, rights enforcement, merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.
8. Sale or sharing of personal information
AI Nexus is designed around creator discovery, not selling user data. We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that term. If future advertising, analytics, or partner integrations legally count as a sale or sharing of personal information, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out mechanism where required.
9. Privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or opt out of certain uses of your personal information. California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive personal information uses, and avoid discrimination for exercising privacy rights. European and UK users may have rights under GDPR-style laws, including access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
To exercise rights, contact us using the contact details below. We may need to verify your identity and may keep limited records to document requests, prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect the rights of others.
10. Legal bases for processing
Where a legal basis is required, we process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as platform security, creator discovery, analytics, fraud prevention, and product improvement, comply with legal obligations, protect vital interests where safety is at risk, and rely on consent where required.
11. Children and minors
AI Nexus is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 should use the platform only with consent from a parent or legal guardian. Creators should not upload content directed to children, depicting children, or using a minor's likeness, voice, or personal information unless they have all legally required rights and permissions.
12. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards appropriate for the type of information we process. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials safe and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Account deletion requests have a 15-day grace period during which you can sign back in and cancel. After the deadline, the account and linked profile data are removed automatically. Limited copies may remain where required for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety, or enforcement.
We otherwise keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain public creator records, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, maintain backups, and support legitimate business purposes. Retention periods vary by data type and context.
13. International use
AI Nexus may be accessed globally, and information may be processed in countries where we, our infrastructure providers, or service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your location.
14. Contact
