AI Nexus legal
Terms of Service
Last updated June 13, 2026
These terms are written for a creator showcase that can grow into paid commissions, exclusive releases, subscriptions, studio channels, and creator monetization.
1. Using AI Nexus
AI Nexus is a creator-first platform for publishing, discovering, following, saving, commissioning, and eventually subscribing to AI-assisted creative and technical work. The platform is built for expression first: hiring, paid drops, commissions, and studio services grow from the quality of the work creators choose to publish.
By using AI Nexus, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules shown in product flows such as publishing, messaging, payments, verification, subscriptions, or commissions.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for your account, profile, credentials, and activity. Use accurate information, keep your login secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
AI Nexus is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 may use the platform only with consent from a parent or legal guardian. Users under 18 may not offer paid services, accept commissions, or receive payouts unless a legally responsible adult controls the account and payment relationship.
3. Creator content and ownership
You keep ownership of content you create and publish, subject to any rights held by third parties, clients, collaborators, licensors, models, performers, tool providers, or source-material owners.
When you publish content on AI Nexus, you grant AI Nexus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, transcode, display, distribute, promote, recommend, index, and make that content available through the platform. This license exists so the platform can show your work, run feeds, create previews, display profiles, support discovery, operate search, moderate content, and promote creators.
You may remove your content from public display, but removal will not affect licenses already granted to clients or subscribers, records needed for legal or safety reasons, cached copies, backups, moderation records, analytics, or content reasonably retained to operate the platform.
4. AI-assisted work and rights clearance
Creators are responsible for the AI tools, prompts, datasets, models, samples, voices, likenesses, references, source files, music, code, automation scripts, and third-party assets they use. You must have the rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and disclosures required to publish, sell, license, or deliver the work.
Do not claim exclusive authorship, ownership, originality, endorsements, or permissions you do not have. Do not upload work that infringes intellectual property, misappropriates a person's likeness or voice, violates privacy, breaches confidentiality, or violates the terms of any AI tool, stock library, marketplace, client agreement, or software provider.
5. Community and content rules
You may not post, upload, message, sell, request, or promote content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, non-consensual, privacy-invasive, fraudulent, spammy, malware-related, or designed to impersonate another person or brand without permission.
Synthetic media, voice clones, deepfakes, avatars, virtual influencers, and realistic human likenesses must be lawful, consensual where required, clearly contextualized where needed, and not used to deceive, defame, harass, exploit, or mislead people.
Commercial endorsements, paid partnerships, sponsored work, affiliate promotions, testimonials, and client relationships must be disclosed clearly where disclosure is required by law or platform rules.
6. Discovery, ranking, and verification
AI Nexus may rank, recommend, feature, verify, restrict, or remove creators and works based on factors such as quality signals, freshness, category, engagement, completion, safety, moderation history, audience interest, profile completeness, paid plan eligibility, and editorial review.
A verification badge, featured placement, ranking, or trending label is not a guarantee of identity, quality, availability, legal rights, commercial outcome, or endorsement by AI Nexus. We may change discovery logic, remove labels, or adjust rankings at any time.
7. Messaging, inquiries, and commissions
Visitors may contact creators, save works, follow profiles, request projects, and discuss commissions. AI Nexus is not a party to creator-client agreements unless a specific paid product says otherwise.
Creators and clients are responsible for agreeing to scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, usage rights, exclusivity, confidentiality, fees, taxes, refunds, files, and acceptance criteria before work begins. Do not use AI Nexus to scam, spam, evade fees, harvest contacts, or move transactions off-platform in violation of product rules.
8. Payments, subscriptions, and paid releases
Paid features may include creator plans, commissions, subscriptions, exclusive releases, studio channels, tips, premium posts, or other creator monetization products. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
Prices, fees, taxes, payout timing, refunds, chargebacks, subscription renewals, cancellations, and platform commissions will be shown in the relevant product flow or checkout terms. AI Nexus is not a bank, escrow agent, insurer, employer, agency, or talent representative unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Until an escrow or managed payment product is expressly launched, users should assume commission payments and delivery disputes are handled directly between creator and client or through the applicable payment provider.
9. Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe content on AI Nexus infringes your copyright, send a notice to www.passing.consciousness@gmail.com with your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing URL or content, a good-faith statement, a statement that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content, notify the uploader, process counter-notices where appropriate, and terminate repeat infringers. False or abusive notices may expose the sender to liability.
10. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, remove, restrict, label, downrank, demonetize, disable, or report content or accounts if we believe they violate these Terms, create legal risk, harm users, undermine creator trust, or threaten platform integrity.
We may use automated systems, human review, user reports, trusted notices, and legal requests. Where practical, we may provide a reason or appeal path, but we are not required to host content or accounts that create risk for the platform or community.
11. Platform availability and changes
AI Nexus may change, suspend, or discontinue features, feeds, rankings, dashboards, pricing, paid products, storage limits, verification programs, or creator tools. We will try to avoid disrupting creators, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, specific reach, income, subscribers, followers, clients, or discovery placement.
12. No professional advice
Content on AI Nexus may include creative, technical, marketing, business, legal-adjacent, financial-adjacent, or automation-related material. It is provided by users and creators for showcase, inspiration, discovery, or commercial discussion. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, security, or professional advice from AI Nexus.
13. Disclaimers
AI Nexus is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that any creator, client, project, AI output, recommendation, ranking, review, message, or paid opportunity will meet expectations, be error-free, be legally usable, generate revenue, or remain available.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI Nexus and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm, business interruption, or disputes between users, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to AI Nexus for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim or USD 100, unless applicable law requires a different amount.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Nexus, its operators, affiliates, service providers, and team members from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your commissions, your subscriptions or paid releases, your use of AI tools or third-party assets, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
16. Disputes and governing law
Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the AI Nexus operating entity is legally formed, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your location requires otherwise.
Claims must be brought individually and not as a class, representative, or consolidated action to the extent allowed by law. Some local consumer rights cannot be waived, and these Terms do not limit rights that applicable law says cannot be limited.
